Billing questions
How does yearly billing work?
Pay for ten months, get twelve — Basic is $290/year and Pro is $990/year, a 17% saving. Switch between monthly and yearly anytime from the billing page.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Anytime, self-serve, from the billing page. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no phone calls, no retention scripts.
What happens if I hit my plan's limits?
Searches are unlimited on every plan. If you reach your bot or document cap, you can upgrade in place — nothing breaks, nothing gets deleted.
How do payments work?
Billing is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Do you offer refunds?
If something's wrong, write to us within 14 days of a charge and we'll make it right.
