By creating an account or using Search Box AI, you agree to these terms. If you're using the service on behalf of a company, you're agreeing for that company too.

Keep your credentials safe; you're responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 and provide accurate information.

The documents and URLs you add remain yours. You grant us the limited license needed to store, index, and process them so the service can work — nothing more.

Only upload content you have the right to use. Don't index other people's private or copyrighted material without permission.

Answers are generated automatically from your content and include citations. They can still be incomplete or wrong. Don't rely on them as professional (legal, medical, financial) advice, and review anything critical before acting on it.

No illegal content, malware, spam, scraping other services in violation of their terms, attempting to break or overload the service, or reselling it without an agreement.

We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk.

Paid plans renew automatically (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. Cancel anytime from the billing page; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by Stripe.

We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice — changes apply from your next renewal, never retroactively.

We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is”, without warranties. We may update or modify features as the product evolves.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

You can delete your account anytime. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms; where practical, we'll warn you first.

If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date and notify you. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept them.
